In case if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it during 14 days after the purchase has been made. Please, contact us by sending email to info@fox-pace.com to receive further instructions regarding returning the item. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to inform us about your purpose to return the item before the 14 day period has expired.
You may choose to exchange the returnable item for an analogous or to receive a refund. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be transferred to the account from which the purchase was made within 30 working days after we'll have received it.
There are no returns applicable to individually tailored or customized items.
